1. Gay (100%, never had any sexual feelings for women).
2. Yes I believe I was born that way. Babies don’t have sexual feelings, but whatever makes their sexuality appear later is still present.
3. Not one person has ever asked me to my face if I’m gay, not even my own family. Most people know I’ve lived with my “friend” for years, so obviously they must know I’m gay. All my neighbours and my partner’s workmates think we are brothers. I live in a very working class area, it’s not a good idea to be too open (plus it’s nothing to do with them).
4. My family love me and they're happy I have my "friend".
5. At 6 years old I knew there was something different, then when I was about 9 or 10 that attraction was there and I knew for sure I was gay.
6. Not to my face, but yes I have lived in another town with my partner and we had vandalism to our property and cars because of our sexuality. These people hadn't even met me, they just knew it was "two guys living together".
7. Never had a breakdown, but spent most of my teenage years and early 20’s feeling depressed. That feeling left me when I met my partner.
8. Sexual orientation isn’t a choice and it’s something you can’t change. I don’t know why some people are gay and some aren’t. I do believe we’re all here to learn lessons and this must be part of my learning experience.

1. Bisexual
2. My personal opinion is that, due to a number of fraternal twin studies, there are definitly some genetic links to homosexuality. However, I am not a geneticist or behavioral pyschologist so my opinion should be considered as such.
3. Yes, to myself at 19, to friends and family at 22
4. My mother knows and is just fine with it. My father doesn't know yet.
5. 11
6. I haven't, but I am very straight-acting and masculine; if I don't tell people they usually don't guess it.
7. Breakdown is a bit of a strong word. I would say there are times I've been stressed out about the idea of coming out; and of course very few people look forward to possible confrontations.
8. See Number 2; I believe that it is a predominantly genetic character trait the *can* be forcibly suppressed often to the detriment of the individual. Unfortionatly there is so much political controversy in Nature vs. Nurture on this subject that it is doubtful we will have a conclusive answer any time soon.

1: Gay (Kinsey 6)
2: Yes
3: I came out at 20. I'm now 51.
4: Yes
5: 11
6: Yes,
7: No.
8: It's similar to being left-handed. Not that left-handed people are gay, but they do not choose to be left-handed. Instead, this is a discovery that they make aobut themselves, and most of them simply find that is the only way they can function.
In a similar fashion, gay folks are born with a tendency toward being attracted toward members of your own gender, but this tendency does not become apparent until your development reaches puberty, i.e., the stage where sexual feelings and expressions blossom. Most of us find this is not a choice and is simply the only way in which we can function.

1.) 90% gay
2.) Yeah
3.) 23
4.) They're in denial... But they have no choice but to accept me. :)
5.) 5
6.) Yeah, my girlfriend.. She wanted to turn me straight, lol. Weird, I know.
7.) Depressed moments yeah... I badly wished I was straight... Until I finally realized there is no point in escaping who I am, I have only one game to play, and these are the cards I'm dealt, I better make the best from it.
8.) They are just normal people just like the heterosexuals. And same-sex attraction works the same way as opposite sex attraction, same emotions, same raging emotions... just different gender. If the concept of same-sex and opposite-sex love is explained to us minus the obvious reference to gender... I doubt we will even spot the difference.
