Parental Control is on, how do I turn it off?

I accidently downloaded something from Norton and now I can't get in to my mail. How do I turn off the parental control? I'm the only user of this computer and I can't go anywhere. HELP!

parental controls do not just get accidentally turned on , they require a password ,

Parental Control in Norton requires a password. Go into Norton-Parental Control and you should de-activate it there.
(Norton sucks)
