Well, you have to have an account on YouTube.
Then you go to "Upload" and go through the little routine they give you. Then they get you to select your video and you wait for it to upload - which may take alot of time or not depending upon the size of the file and your connection speed.

Videos on YouTube can only be 100 MB or less.
So make sure to check on that before you upload.
