If you can't transport them to a safe building or area ---- put them in the safest place they can be. This might be a hallway or stair well ...... lying under a table or secure feature of the dwelling they are in. That's a good question and it would be wise to learn your best course of action now, rather than wait. Hope you get sme great information. !!!!!!

the best thing to do is carry, this person if possible , but the quicker the better, if their to heavy , a rough ride down the basement steps, is more safe than, up stairs with the tornado , and much more survivable as well, maybe if you live in tornado prone areas, you should think about making your steps, with a wheelchair excess ramp, before the start of the next season , it's already started in some places.good luck

You have to take a chance. Pick them up or tell them to walk, no matter how much it hurts. DON'T TAKE THE WHEELCHAIR! It could hti someone in the head. Get in a low lying ditch or in a room with no glass. Best Regars,

put them in a car and drive them away from the tornado, or they could get into a safe building and wait it out - like anyone else.
