Very cheap for your basic "Comet" goldfish.
But please look after it properly. Pets are a commitment, not just a fad.

You get what you pay for. Sure, WalMart fish are going to be dirt cheap, but they're poor quality sickly fish. Petsmart is a little better; however, do you, your sister and the fish a favor by doing your business at a reputable local fish store that specializes in only fish. Also, before you get your fish, please, do you, your sister and your goldfish a favor by reading up on the proper care of goldfish first. Learn why goldfish don't belong in bowls. Goldfish require a minimum of 20 gallons of water per fish, so for two fancy goldfish, you need a 40 gallon tank, and if you get slim-bodied goldfish, you will need a minimum of 30 gallons of water per fish or a 60 gallon tank. Please get fancies. Slim-bodied goldfish get too big. They may look so tiny and this rule may seem so silly, but goldfish grow fast and in 2-3 years, you will understand why we say this. Learn about water cycling. Learn about the nitrogen cycle. Learn about proper filtration. Learn about proper water changes and tank cleaning. Learn about how to feed goldfish and what goldfish need to eat. Learn how to identify and treat diseases. I promise you, the more you know, the less chance you have of your fish dying. A reasonably priced fancy at a reputable store shouldn't cost more than around $5.

well a good tank, you'll want a 30gallon tank or else they won't last long, and a good filter and the decor. so figure that into the price, but goldfish themselves are about $5each for most fancies. commons get to big for tanks and are meant for ponds, so stay away from comets.
but PLEASE be a responsible owner and do some research first. you'll need to cycle the tank first, see this site:
http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/cycle.html
you'll need to know proper diet, whihc doens't include just fish food, it's quite good for them if you give them fesh fruits too, like an orange slive once a week. plus other things like tank size, diseases, treatments, water conditions, water changes, ect... see the site bellow, it has a bunch of great info:

goldfish can be quiet expensive. if your going to get 2 and plan on keeping them in the same tank your gonna need a pretty big tank. goldfish tend to get pretty big even if they are small when you first get them. its only a matter of time before they are too big for a 10 gallon tank. i'd suggest getting them from a pet store...maybe even just a fish store if you don't want them to die quickly. also read up on how to care for the water and for the fish itself. if you use tap water you'll have to treat the water before putting the fish in it. good luck!
