I live in the Eastern TIme Zone, Central is one hour behind. We move 1 hr behind next Sunday. Does that mean they do as well? Thanks.

In the United States everyone in the country moves to Day Light Savings time. So since the sun rises in the east the Eastern Time Zone is one hour later than the Central Time Zone.
Central is one hour later than the Mountain Time Zone.
Mountain Time is one hour later than Pacific Time Zone.

It helps to connect it with the rising of the sun. It's always later in the East and earlier in the West.

So 12 p.m. in the Eastern Time Zone is
11 p.m. Central Time
10 p.m Mountain Time
9 p.m. Pacific Time.

I'll go out on a limb here and guess your talking about daylight savings time? Yes when you move your clock ahead one hour, they will be two hrs. behind you. BUT, this will only last for an hour, then they will catch up, and just be an hour behind you. Again.

No, most areas in the Central Time Zone also change their clocks ahead one hour, also.
