well...cactus...but that's not as exotic as it sounds, it's just a vegitable. i think menudo is the weirdest thing i've eaten, it's a soup that has tripe in it...among other things. tripe is...er....intestine linings from cows? i think.

oh yeah...and blood soup. it's a broth based soup, and the broth is made from cows's blood.

Sauteed baby eels in Mexico City. They were delicious, though I preferred not to look at them.

I ate cabrito (goat) in Nuevo Laredo. It was pretty tasty, a lot like roast beef.

I ate fried banana in La Mission once and really didn't like it
