The diamond necklace can be fished out of peabody park pond.

To fish in Peabody Park pond:
1. On the left hand navigation bar click on the "Downtown" button to visit downtown Millsberry http://www.millsberry.com/main_map.phtml?location=downtown
2. Click on Peabody Park http://www.millsberry.com/peabody_park/
3. Click on Bobby's Bait Shack http://www.millsberry.com/shop.phtml?shop_id=11
4. From the list of items available for purchase buy a fishing pole and one or more of the following baits:
Jig
Worm
Fly
Crawfish
Fish Fly
Froggy Fly
Jumbo Nightcrawler

5. After you've finished your purchases click on the link for peabody park pond (at the top of the Bobby's Bait Shack page) http://www.millsberry.com/peabody_park/pond/
6. Select your fishing pole, the type of bait you would like to use and the area in which you would like to fish (Rocks, Reeds or Open Water)
7. Have fun!

Just so you are aware, the necklace cannot be worn. It goes into your home but it can be used to decorate in some very neat ways.
