I am trying to find a way to create a form online that will enable teachers to submit their students grade and it would be sent to the school to be formatted into grade reports. We are not a school but we provide classes for students who are trying to better themselves. This grade report would serve as a way to demonstrate their performance to themseles and parents.

Mygradebook.com is a program that will allow your teachers/tutors to enter grades with descriptions of the assignments. It costs about $50/year per teacher, but is very user-friendly. I used it when I taught in a school that didn't have Edline (a more expensive program) and I actually liked mygradebook better than Edline.

either just create a excell documetn and force people to have the program to read the report
or buy a program that will email
dunno if you could "borrow " a program from your local middle school
