No, men produce sperm in the testicles everyday from puberty until death. The only way sperm is not produced is if the testicle is damaged or removed. Any sperm not used is reabsorbed back into the body and used a source of protein.

Women have a set amount of eggs, they are released usually one at at time every month. The eggs are carried on the ovaries and are not produced, once a women uses all her eggs she can not get anymore. hence why males can continue to reproduce until old age whereas women can't after menopause (the state where the eggs have been used up)
