Don't listen to anyone's jargon on dream research! Dream research is ever evolving and there is NO evidence that is yet conclusive on the matter! It is basically some PH D's own BS interpretation that consists of various symbolisms. In other words, no two dream interpretation books are alike. Ask yourself the following questions:
Do you think vampires are cool?
Do you think vampires are evil?
Do you find the idea of being a vampire appealing?
Do you enjoy sex?
Do you like the idea of sex that is taboo or unacceptable to your own personal folkways?
If vampires were real would you screw one?

Extremely handsome and vampire could mean that you are attracted to someone/something (could be an idea) that you believe is 'forbidden'. Because you are attracted, you see the object as handsome, but depending upon how you view vampires, you feel conflicted.
Also, there are lots and lots of books out there with paranormal romances in them (its basically another genre of the romance section). It could be that someone mentioned something about it, or you saw a book about it, or you are simply wishing for some kind of romance (and that usually includes sex) and/or passion that is extra-ordinary.
Lots of women are thinking/dreaming the same things lately. Nothing too strange in that.
