Do some discreet checking - such tricks have been used by burglars to lure people out of their homes. Do any of your friends, workmates or acquaintances know this person? What do they think of them? If you do decide it's ok to go, make sure at least one other person knows who you're meeting, where and when.

well it depends on
1--how desperate you are to meet presumably a man
2--how hungry you are
3--if you fancy an evening out ask for a photograph if you haven't seen him
4--have an escape plan
5--tell your friends what you are doing and where!
