Unfortunately, I think the GOP is doomed BECAUSE of GW.
His lies and distortions are only the tip of the iceberg.
After he leaves office, we will begin to find out the true extent to which he misled us.
His presidency has been a very sad chapter in American history.

The Republican occasion reminds me of the British Conservative occasion of the 80's & ninety's. After the Tories lost the 1997 wide-unfold Election their Chairman, Theresa could, stated that persons did not vote for them because of fact they have been referred to as 'The Nasty occasion'. They thought that they had a God Given perfect to rule the rustic with their ever diminishing help base which excluded everyone who replaced into 'diverse'. Blacks basically welcome to proverbially 'sparkling their bogs', gay people tolerated as long as they saved their 'grimy secret' in simple terms that. All immigrants referred to as 'social protection scroungers'. including those communities and dissimilar extra to the present voters who thought the Conservatives had have been given 'wealthy, fats & lazy' on the backs of positive working people, a groundswell of help arose for the Democratic determination - the Labour occasion. If the Republicans think of that they are going to regain the Presidency by potential of helping perfect wing bigots jointly with those interior the Tea occasion, i've got faith they're in for slightly bit a marvel.

This is the hope of Liberals, that America will buy this song and dance, but I doubt it will sell. In spite of the belief of Liberals that Conservatives are a bunch of podunk, uneducated buffoons, we manage to group together a few neurons occasionally, and save the party, regardless of a particular president's popularity. Do you recall Nixon, by chance?

Lord I hope not, the man is a ninny. On the bright side, if you have to compare yourself to him, you are going to look good.
Looking at the way the rest of the Republican party is backpeddling away from his nibs, I doubt you are going to have to worry about that one.

This is actually a very good question.
It's all going to depend on his legacy and what historians tell us REALLY happened outside of the partisan facade. We're just going to have to wait and see how this plays out.
