If its the carburettor (not Injection) model the answer is Yes, As I had the pleasure of Derestricting one, There are round plates like big washers with reduced diameter bores In the middle which are fitted into the rubbers which join the carburettor bank to the cylinder head & restrict the petrol air mixture flow,You would however need to have them fitted and the bike certified by a Main Dealer as being factory standard restricted to be able to legally use it as a 33B.H.P Model.
