sure i can... just i only have windows movie maker, so that's the file i would send you... just tell me what you want it to look like...

If you have MovieMaker, you can type it up in Titles and Credits and select "Scroll, Perspective" as your text animation. Franklin Gothic Medium in pale yellow works best, and you can get a star background off any image search. But if you're still having trouble, I can make one for you. I've done it before.
