Well, you don't need to exactly describe it. Just have the characters talking about it so that the reader can infer what happened.

Or, you can have the girl thinking about it. She can realize that this is the first time she has actually felt something for the person (since she is a hooker).

If you really want to describe it, then just write the whole scene.

So, here's how I see this story.

Boy loves girl.
Boy doesn't know that she's a prostitute.
Girl walking alone at night
Boy cares for her and thus tries to get her to a safer place by picking her up.
Boy is really pissed about her walking, but she thinks he knows already.
Girl is in a difficult situation because no boy has ever cared for her this way.

They make love...

Your question: How do you explain what happen when the made love?

Answer: She feels embarrassed and he was mad, so have him console her while she's crying. Then, they hug each other, start to kiss...etc...they make love...

AND THEN...while they are making love, he spots a guys wallet laying on the floor, and it is revealed to him that she's really a cheater!
