I would get up and walk around, that is how I got a blood clot in 2004, I almost died, I was operated on and my leg is still not the same. My foot is severely damaged from that ordeal. Please be careful. I was out of work for 3 months, too. It was not a good time for me.

lol Been there, done that! Try to massage it, stand on it ,hold on to something while you do that. Shake it. Goooood luck.
