Don't wear silk or artificial fibers (like nylon and polyester) next to your skin. These can cling to skin and restrict airflow. Instead, wear cotton. Not meaning to be funny but that depends on why you are sweating a lot. It could be anything from nerves to a thyroid imbalance. If you are concerned discuss it with your doctor
