Estde Lauder is a good brand but its a little pricey. If you want it much cheaper you should buy Cover Girl. They are both good

The best face make-up is no make-up. When I was younger, I used a lot of it and it clogged my pores. I saw a dermatologist who promised me skin that wouldn't need makeup. He was right. If you have break outs, other than the hormone induced type, you are using make up that is clogging your pores. It isn't a matter of the brand, but what is in it. If you must wear makeup, use a water based one. First, however, you should get your skin cleared up and see a dermatologist. I have used powder to get the same effect as makeup. I have had numerous compliments on my skin over the years, and people want to know my secret. I tell them that I wash my face with a washcloth with HOT steamy water in the morning and at night. I use sun screen (water based - Clinique) and I use a glowing face powder (Estee Lauder and Clinique have wonderful glow powders). That's it.

A fantastic foundation that treats your skin while wearing it is Exuviance. It contains polyhydroxies that keep your pores clear.
Stays on all day until I take it off-won't rub off either.
Covers beautifully.
I love this foundation & do does every woman I use it on.
It can be found at Ulta, Dillards, & sometimes Nordstroms.
Smashbox, Vincent Longo, & Lorac are other good brands.

that depends from person to person. clinique is known for its gentle formulation. mac's foundations are known for their good coverage and recommended for media (tv, magazines etc). i would say that drugstore brands are the least reliable when it comes to eyeshadows because you don't usually get the true color from the pot to your skin.
foundations:
drugstore brands are good and inexpensive and department store items are even better like mac, clinique and bobbi brown are even better because they have a professional makeup artist help formulate the ingredients to suit the needs of the consumer and they can teach you how to put it on.
powders:
drugstore and branded are ok
covergirl, l'oreal, clinique, shu uemura, prescriptives
concealers:
both drugstore and high end brands are ok too
maybelline, nyc, mac, laura mercier, bobbi brown
blush:
drugstore brands and high end brands
eyeshadow:
mac, nars, shu uemura
eyeliner pencil:
maybelline
eyeliner(liquid)
mac fluidline
mascara:
covergirl and l'oreal lash architect
lipstick/gloss:
l'oreal, mac
bobbi brown has a 2 step concealer pot with a little bit of setting powder.her makeup line is great for natural looking makeup and its good for cover ups too. i have tried her stuff and it wasn't harmful to my skin.

to answer all those questions, try any of the following:
1) Sephora
2) MAC
3) Clinique
You need to go to their counters in malls and have the people at the counters help you out......i will never regret the day i took the time to go to the clinque counter and find the right makeup and cover up for my acne scars and uneven skin tone....good luck to you.....you gotta be willing to spend some money but that's just the secret to good makeup- and a lot of ppl dont know that.....
:) good luck!

Choosing make up is depending on the type of your skin. Everybody have different skin type and you just can't follow anyone else when choose the make up. Recognize your skin type then you can identify what make up is suit for you. Read alot of beauty magazine and search the beauty website to gain beauty information that useful for you.

M.A.C cosmetics. It applies best, it has the largest gambit of service for all types of skin. Although it seems like if you have sensitive skin, the best thing to do is taking care of your skin, and leaving it clean and unmasked

okay I suggest Mary Kay. It goes on smooth and stays there all day. It also shouldn't break you out.
