no. I don't think the Mayans even knew the Incas.

They were two separate cultures that as far I as know, had absolutely no contact.
Plus, people keep talking about the calendar "predicting" something. How can a calendar predict anything? People have no idea what they are talking about and don't think through their statements when they say/believe things like that.
