WTF is going on with this deck?? You've got Machines, 3 Spellcasters, and a Rock. You don't even have Black Illusion Ritual, which is require to Ritual Summon Relinquished. Limiter Removal is a Limited card(http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/forbidden/advanced_current_new.aspx). Also, you have too many traps and many bad ones at that.
You need to start over. Pick a theme and stick with it. Themes can be anything from Attributes to something like Life Gain. Once you pick a theme, make a list of cards that come to mind. Research your theme. Someone may have written an article about your theme or posted a decklist that might interest you. Build your deck slowly and thoughtfully.

I have no idea wat kind of deck r u trying 2 make. Here is some advice 4 u:
1. decide wat kind of deck u r builting like monarchs, gadget, machine and so on....
2. decide which format r u playing either advanced or traditional
3. put staple cards into ur deck like call of hunated, mirror force, premature burial and so on... this cards is important 2 every kind of deck
4. after u finish, try out ur deck with someone
5. after the duel, u will no wat wrong wit ur deck and fix it if not, then ask an expert 2 help u 2 fix up ur deck

Just burn those cards and buy a new starter-deck, and stick to working with that.
