The Bible says that 'as for that day and hour, nobody knows it, neither the angels of heaven, nor the Son, no-one, but the Father only'
So I guess they were not being straight with you :o( Having said that I thoroughly recommend getting 'right' with Jesus, not because of being worried about whether or not your life is about to end, but simply because there is nothing as amazing as knowing the peace and love of Jesus :o)

Yeah that's why I peek behind curtains to see who is at the door. I had some come around where I used to live and I talked with them alot (Jo Ho's) And then I moved and it turned out that they now live down the street from me, however they don't know that and we are going to keep it that way. Anyway, it may seem like it's the end times but I think its the end of a way of being for humanity

Tough luck sugar pants. No can do. Our God was a bit of a bumblefuck who, sadly, committed the suicide a long long time ago. You see, all the other Gods used to tease him unmercifully for creating such a silly war mongering planet. Yeah. He also couldn't take a joke . It's all here in my pamphlet, 'The Discovered Truths of The Church of Cholla; and other money making schemes.' Just send me $9.95 and every thing you need to know about salvation can be yours.

How lucky can you be ? Only ten minutes. I don't like being rude, so I have to listen to their B.S. a lot longer.
Too bad the churches can't realize that more people are turned away by these pests, than are convinced.

GRRRR. It makes me mad when they do that. I would have politely told them to please not come to your door again. They are only people walking the earth like you and I....They don't know what will happen or when any more than you do. Although I do believe it will happen one day I'm certainly going to go on and enjoy everyday that I have been given as everyone should:o)

yes, just like they said 1007 years ago, everyone thought 1000 years was it, that actually made more sense than the door to door prophets of today make.

Tell them this "I'm sorry... I would love to talk to you more about this but I'm having dinner at the moment. Would you mind if I came to your house later?"
Or just tell them to f*ck off!

How do they know that this is the end of days? I think we are safe until a large meteor hits us, global warming kills everything, or until the sun dies.
