you heat it up lil by lil with a lighter until the outside plastic gets melted and then it comes apart...but yeah my tags are usually taken off when i pay key word PAY...but if your not a thief and they forgot to take it off as it has happened to me just take it back to the store you bought it from and they will morethen be glad to take it off of the garment you purchased...
