I went once, many years ago.
We won 1-0 but it wasn't a very good game.
The toilet facilities were poor and some
of the blokes had to virtually tiddle in people's
gardens behind the terrace.
Poor old O's good luck chaps.

Firstly the word Orient represents a Westernized fantasy world. Asia is where you were. You know I am glad you brought this up. I am in north America. There a communities and individuals here that live in inexcusable squalor! But it's like we have a blind spot to this condition! We have to go to another country to wake up and realize that there are far too many people living in retched conditions in this world.

The whole of Asia is not represented by this experience of yours just as outrageous wealth does not represent the average standard of living in North America.

I young man I knew years ago used to wear a button on his hat that read, " POVERTY SUCKS".

So instead of complaining and judging (are you judging?), what are you going to do to fight world poverty?

Peace!

Well it seems I misunderstood your question! I have no idea where this place is but a makeover which should probably include...A NEW NAME! sounds like a good idea! Get out there and start fundraising guys!

Have fun!

JAMIE - sorry to say that you are incorrect. The word 'Orient' refers to Eastern, as the word 'Occident' refers to Western. Oriental and Occidental.

Many apologies.
