get it assembeled as the features u require cannot be easily available in readymade models.

Laptops are manufactured as per standard configuration. Only Toshiba accepts order for the requirement given by customer, but it will be expensive.
Better check the standard configuration of Dell, IBM ( Lenovo ) or Acer, you will find most of your requirements within the budgeted cost.

You cant have all of your requirments In this range but you can buy a HP note book and can upgrade it by your requirments.For upgradation don't depend upon any other not on vaio too.

yea u can get it. go for ACER's new core 2 duo laptop Acer Aspire 5633WLMi which is distributed with vista.
