Tell your parents. Do not let your parents hear it from her parents.

Your parents will be devastated and upset, but I promise that in a day or two, they will help you.

You're too young to make these decisions on your own. You need some adults that know you to help you decide. We here on the internet don't know you or the situation well enough to advise you beyond tell your parents, wait for the shock to wear off, and then work together to get through this.

This is a baby, not a problem to hide. And your girlfriend's body is not yet quite done growing, so a pregnancy at her age is something that has to be discussed with a doctor to make sure she is safe.

Talk to your parents NOW.

I know your scared , however her health and the health of the baby have to come first. Just go to the parent you feel most comfortable talking too.

Say (which ever one) I really need your help, I messed up and im scared. Tell them what happened. Hopefully Both parents will work it out and raise the baby. Or help the two of you pick a good adoptive family if they cant.

In the future wait to have sex, but if you still plan to have sex BE careful. Use a condom , and make sure she is using protection as well.

Im not trying to be mean, but your both too young to raise the baby. If you were my child you would be mowing lawns, and doing any odd job you could find to at least raise a little bit of money to help cover medical expenses, and extra food for yourr g/f and for your baby. You would not get to spend any of it.

If you were going to let the baby be adopted You would still work, and give the baby a savings bond to the new parents for them to give to the baby later on. To show the baby you did love it, you were just too young.

What makes you think she is pregnant??
If it happened a month ago, she may just be late with her period.. did you get a test?
In any case, you must tell your parents right away. And she MUST tell hers.
At this stage, she has a choice whether to go through with this pregnancy or not, but if you leave it any longer that choice will be gone.
At 13, that's a lot of responsibility and you need the support of your parents no matter what happens.
I'm sure they will be shocked, but they WILL be there for you. Just trust in them.
and don't EVER have unprotected sex again.
You could see a doctor for confirmation of pregnancy and advice.

you need to talk to your parents. they will probably not be happy there may even be some yelling and screaming. but there are so many things that can go wrong with a pregnancy and if your girlfriend is only 13 there are even more things that can go wrong. She needs medical attention and so does the baby. Try talking to your parents if that gets you no where then find an adult to talk to. This will not just go away and you both need the support of your parents.

You tell your parents. You are too young to deal with this alone. Whether she keeps the baby or puts it up for adoption or has an abortion is up to you and your families, but get their help. You can't keep this sort of thing hidden, so you might as well tell them now.

If you absolutely can't tell your families because they'll get violent, go to a counselor or someone you can tell. This might be a counselor at school, a priest or minister or rabbi, an aunt or uncle or grandparent.

But you both have to tell someone. You can't hide it forever.

You need to tell your parents thats the only way you guys are going to get help. What are you guys doing having sex anyhow? At thirteen that should be the last thing on your mind, for this very reason. You guys are not mature enough to handle the consequences of having sex, obviously, because you aren't mature enough to be honest with your parents. My advice to you would be to tell mom and dad, deal with whatever decision is to be made, and keep your pants zipped.

the only thing you can do really is to talk to your parents because you are not of age and they will find out sooner or later. I'd rather tell my mom then her find out on her own. if you cannot talk to your mom talk to a trusted adult that may be able to help you tell your mom, parents.
