I contribute my time and my money to many good causes. Monetary are too numerous to mention. Time-wise I have contributed in the public school systems in Texas and Utah, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Phil Graham (sp) for re-election campaign, Neighborhood Watch, Literacy Volunteers and for my church including 18 months as a full-time missionary in Austria. I currently volunteer my time as a block captain for an emergency preparedness campaign. At the end of the month I will be re-certifying as part of a Community Emergency Response Team.
OK, I'm tired now. I need a nap.

I contribute monthly to New Life Ministry in Laguna Beach, CA. They have a 24 hour call center to help people in crisis and to direct people to good resources for life's struggles. They have a call-in radio program and other resources. New Life was there for me when I needed help and it's a pleasure to give so that others can benefit as well. I trust them to use my money wisely and that is an important consideration to me in my giving.

I don't contribute monitarily, but I volunteer my time in my granddaughters' third grade classroom. That age is great!

Yes...we donate food, clothes and toys to various organizations on a regular basis.{:-)
