I found courses on colleges that provide these two, but what does each do? And what jobs can come up with these two..other than PrePharmacy can get you to Pharmacy School to become a pharmacist, how about PreMed?

PreMed is what you need to go to a "Doctor" school to become a doctor of some sort (that was the only way I knew how to put it lol)
PrePharm is what you need to go to Pharmacy school to become a Pharmacist
With PreMed, after you are done with that and have a PreMed degree you must decide what type of doctor you want to be examples are pediatricians, dentists, psychiatrist, optometrist, neurologist, cardiologist, dermatologist along with A LOT MORE when yo need to apply to a school that offer program for what you chose and after you have earned your degree you can practice

At my school, the course requirements between the two programs were very similar. The difference is that pre-Med recommended upper level biology, and pre-Pharmacy required public speaking, economics, and human anatomy and physiology.
You can't major in either program. They are just recommended course of study for people who are interested in the field.
