I am Deepak Sharma from New Delhi India, my younger brother with age 20 year had a brain injury a road accident on 2nd March 2, 2007 at 11 am by Indian IST time.
He is unconsciousness and on ventilator since he reached in hospital in critical care unit. Today morning the neurosurgeon attending him told me that the condition of patient is poor condition he has NIL brain reflexes, pupils are fixed and dilated and brain stem is dead, the CT Scan showed BILATERAL SUB DURAL HAEMORRHAGE his BP is 100/60 mm/hg, RR 15 per min, HR 102 per min.
Kindly give suggestion regarding the same in any feild

Dear Dr.Sharma,
I am a Homeopath, If you brother is in a coma, give him the Homeopathic remedy OPIUM in 1M or CM potency along with ARNICA MONTANA in the same potency as opium and by the grace of God he will come out of the coma, after he regains conscience give him ARNICA MONTANA in 200 or 1M potency along with NATRIUM SULPH in the same potency once daily for the next three days and he will be perfectly alright. Guess what. Alternative medicine is a multi-billion dollar business. So trying to say that it is being held back by big money does not make sense. As for curing cancer and AIDS, where are the studies to back these up? You see, making claims without giving the evidence to back then is not going to get you anywhere. Sure, I bet you can pull up a story or two but that is not the same as a double blind, peer reviewed study. Right now science is getting very close to curing AIDS. Lots of advances have been made on various types of cancers. In the end, they will have the cures while alternative medicine is still just chucking out stories.

First of all I am very sorry for your family's terrible misfortune.
I am not an MD, however I have had one cousin and one casual friend who were in nearly identical dire straits as your brother.
Both were given no hope by medical personnel. My cousin has remained in a vegetative state (although eventually weaned off of the respirator) for 4 years now. The other person (the friend) came out of the coma against all predictions after 5 months and only has minimal deficits. Unfortunately, I am sure he is the rare exception to the rule, and my cousin is much more likely to represent the typical patient with this type of injury. You may find yourself forced to make a decision very soon - God be with you into delving into your mind and heart and choosing what you truly believe is the best course. No one can fault you, one way or the other.

Since you are a doctor yourself, I'm not sure if what I have to say will make any difference. ...
If his pupils are dilated and fixed with subdural hematoma, guess you already know that he's likely brain dead. Have they done a EEG or 'caloric reflex test'?
Are these 'vital signs' (BP, HR, RR) you mentioned due to 'pressors'? He's already on vent support but, is he able to maintain his own HR? If so, did the neurosurgeons mention any possibilities of brain surgery?
Well, since he's only 20.....he has a better chance of fighting than a 60 year old! Hopefully he's not on 'pressors'.
Unfortunately, the chances of full recovery are still grim.
I'm sorry for this bad news though.

Sai Ram. Reiki and prayers are being sent to him for his recovery. Get some udhi from Sai Mandir, Lodi Road and apply where ever you can. Put a small photo of Sai Baba under his pillow and let Sai do His will. Sai Ram.
P.S: Get Rescue Remedy available in any homeopathic medical store and apply again to his palms, feet etc. Sai Ram.

The best thing u can do is praying to god is the only thing i know to see miracles i have a big miracle when the cancer was killing me then a natural medicine saved my life and i was getting better every day , this time it was me who was killin the cancer,
