Well you have a lot of options. You want to be gentle on your eyes because they are very sensitive so you can try any from the following:

1) Mary Kay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover- $14- you will need to find a Mary Kay consultant in your area...takes off any tough mascara or eyeliner, even waterproof

2) on the Sephora website- there is an eye makeup remover called FACE Eye Makeup Remover- the 1.69 oz is $5 and the 4.22 oz is $8....very gently

3) Rimmel eye makeup remover (never tried but my friend swears by it)- ranges from about $5-9

4) and if u want an easy solution- i suggest taking a very soft tissue such as Kleenex and dabbing just a litle lotion on it (i used to use Vaseline Intensive Care body lotion) and wipe the makeup right off the eye.....it works because body have certain oils that help remove makeup like ponds cold cream....but the lotions should only be used around the eyearea, not the whole face because of the oils

best of luck!

forget high end makeup removers. They all have the same basic component. Oil. There truly is no such thing as an oil free eye makeup remover(sorry ladies)... so I just use vasaline on the eyes. I dab it on with my finger and remove it with with a cotton pad. And then I wipe over one more time with a tissue, or a cleanser pad. I have oily skin so I like to cut through the oil with a cleanser or even soap and water...
