It's just Alaskan Pollack. Its cheap, and is of no lesser quality than the usual whitefish in fish sticks, or any other common fish
sandwhich or product.

I am guessing that their fish is a combination of several things because it is a processed product. There isn't one naturally occurring thing in nature at McDonald's.
