Have you ever had someone smash your mouth while kissing?

I was kissing this person last night that I have never kissed before. It turned quite passionate and felt like my mouth was getting smashed by their teeth. Has this happened to anyone else? What do you do? Also there was tongue involved. But I am okay with french kissing. Done that enough times, learned from others about that.
