I would say definitely exercise and do things that put special emphasis on your arms and legs. Also, eat a good amount of protein as well, as this helps to build muscle. With this combination, I think your arms should start looking thicker.

Do you exercise? If not, that could strengthen the muscles and maybe thicken your legs. Then your legs will be thicker but not jiggly. Just a thought. I'm no expert though....

Do some curls & lat raises for your arms. For your legs do some leg curls, leg extensions & squats.

Protein shakes and weight lifting. It could just be that your body is naturally built to be slender though.

eat twinkies lol ^.^ i play soccer too so umm i would say run more often ummm and lift weigts hope it works out for u.

either go to the gym and use their weights or buy yourself a set and use them.
swimming using your arms all the time.
