i have used a mix of 'stergene' and water for years on all my plants and it works. put about 5ml of stergene in a 1 ltr spray bottle and top up with water . spray as required , particularly under the leaves. as stergene is a pure soap it doesn't seem to harm the plants, even fuchsias. doesn't work on vine weevil though, or not for long anyway.hope it helps!

It is nearly impossible to stop white fly infestations, tomato plants seem to be a prime target. as whitefly are sap suckers you can buy a treatment to add to the water so the plant takes this up inside and then the whitefly suck the sap and die. They can also be trapped on the yellow sticky papers that you can hang in the greenhouse and this can also give you some idea of what and how many bugs you have. Take care when bringing plants into the greenhouse as they can have whitefly already on them
