A state or place without snow, or natural disasters like tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, and within driving distance of things to do, and not the most expensive place. In the USA I mean. Thanks!

There is no place without snow that doesn't either have hurricanes of earthquakes.

Well Houston actually. We don't get snow and it is very cheap to live here. Everyone thinks we are full of stupid hicks but that would be Dallas. Yes, we do have a chance for hurricanes and tornados but hurricanes will never hit us as badly as New Orleans. We have a great drainage system so that will never happen. Tornados haven't happened in the past 10 years. We have low income tax and very nice people. Plus, if Houston is still too expensive we have alot of affordable suburbs. One thing we don't get credit for is being accepting of others for who they are and really letting them in to society. And we have amazing restaurants! Come down here and give it a chance!

In Lind Washington. It is a small town, but very friendly. You can really get to know your neighbors and townfolk. You can still charge at the stores. People are honest and trusting but not too gullible. Kids can still play at the parks with minimal supervison and ride to the store and back. Our little town is sooo small we do not even have traffic lights! I love it.

We used to live in Florida but the prices for houses were crazy.They would build small houses in a ghetto areaand sell them for two to three figures.We moved to Georgia and for what I would pay for those homes in Florida,I can get a mini mansion here.The weather is also lovely.
