I think it's possible. You just have to find the right person and they won't hurt you because they will love you just as much as you love them.

There will always be some kind of pain (even if only minor amounts) involved. When you open yourself up to love you also make yourself vulnerable. Even in the most perfect relationship there will be hurt feelings on occasion. For this reason love completely 100% free of pain is simply not possible.

influenced by other people's opinions and biases(or jealousies).

No. ALL relationships come to an end and most end pretty badly. Anytime you escape a relationship without getting killed or killing someone else, you have to consider that you did pretty well.
