Well, the fixtures for this the 2006/07 season were announced on 22nd June 2006, so the fixtures for the 2007/08 will probably be announced at around the same time in the summer of 2007.

The fixtures for not season would not have even been 'drawn' yet. This happens in about June/July time

You cant, because they havent been arranged yet ( how can they be, when no-one knows yet who is going down or coming up?)
They are always published in the middle of June, about two months befors the new season starts.

they wont be out until june/ july as they dont know what teams r up & down yet, but i think the premiership already sorted for teams going down

won't know till its confirmed who's going up / down, who's in Europe and who's not but as soon as they are published every tabloid and broadsheet alike along with teletext will have a comprehensive spread. it'll be in august.
