If you are still getting cooling in the freezer section and none in the frig, then your circulation fan in the freezer that blows cold air into the frig compartment has gone bad.
If there is no cooling what so ever then freon is low or the compressor has gone bad.
Circulation fan fairly cheap to replace. Compressor unit, no so cheap.

Freon levels maybe down or the motor burned out you need to consult with a repair expert for them to give you a full and proper diagnosis of the problem.

If the motor and conpressor are still working, it probably needs
a simple recharge -- you CAN do this yourself, but would recommend
a refrigerator repairman 'cause it's complicated and requires special equipment.
If the motor or conpressor isn't running -- well, there you go

at one time was gone from home, 1 week, left no heat on, when the temp in the house became colder than the temp inside the fridge, it became warm in the fridge. or,you may have a coolant leak, so the fridge works, but blows out room temp. instead of cold air. or, you may need to buy a new one.

check to see if the compressor is running/if so then check coils for dust build up.could be lack of air across your coils tripping the unit off on temp
