Warm up first with some lunges. Stretching after a hot bath means the muscles are already warm. Start with lunges then hold splits for 1 minute each leg. You could also try it with your front foot raised (on a pile of cushions for example). Good luck!

Just keep practicing. I've been doing tae-kwon-do for 5 years and I learned about 2 years ago. After you learn don't stop doing it because then your body will forget and you'll have to learn all over again.

my sisters learned how
you have to lie on your back with one heel on the floor and get some one to force your other leg over your head so your toes touch the floor. do this once a week for three weeks and them you will be able to do the splits. its how the gymnasts taught all three of my sisters

make sure you stretch ALOT ! .. i couldnt do them but wanted to so each day i would sit and stretch .. dont OVER stretch at first tho other wise you might hurt yourself byt you will soon be able to do them if you really want it !

everyday stretch and maybe take gymastics from professionals for real tips and how to do it. sry, i dont no how to do it either. tell me how it goes!

just hold it there for a minute everyday and soon you should be there, don't push to hard.
