I'm sure you're just joking but i'll answer anyway....... NO you wouldn't get permission to turn your garden into a graveyard, ESPECIALLY if you are going to try and make money out of it. and YES the neighbours would definately object. Let's face it, i don't think people want to be sunbathing next to a yard full of rotting corpses every summer. There you go. Simple really.

Your neighbours will object. If I were you, I will build a better business at home, why a graveyard? The authorities will get you. You will never get to be living next to a graveyard.

It's an interesting idea but, to be realistic, yes they can definitely/legally object because it would almost definitely devalue the neighborhood (even though it is on your property not theirs)...it has the same effect as a poorly built home in a rich neighborhood...often raising crime rates and making the land less valuable among other things. See how many graveyards are near richer neighborhoods (and how many are in poorer or rural areas) and you'll get the idea.

The good news is, since you have a huge garden, you can do many valuable things with the land. You could turn it into a greenhouse, for example, and grow enough edible fruits and/or sell plants for profit. You might want to try buying exotic seeds off E-bay and growing them into exotic plants (which people pay much more for than the seeds, especially for mansions/offices/and such.

Best luck...

no way graveyards are on concegrated ground unless you want to do pets in wich place its ok but only the church can control where graveyards are placed and as for making money out of it i hope the corpses come and get you .

This is called a greenfield grave yard. It may be viewed as sinister by some people, but it sounds like a great idea.
