Each school is different the only way to know is if you look at their website, which is SO CONFUSING! and I suggest you call the schools you are interested in and ask

I know the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Pharmacy you need a average of 23 on the ACT

Most pharmacy schools do not even look at ACT/SAT scores; they look at PCAT scores.
I know as a fact UIC college of pharmacy does not even look at ACT/SAT scores. To be considered for their guaranteed admissions program for high schoolers, you need a 28 on your ACT. The 23 looks like about UIC's average ACT.

they won't look at either. Academically, they are interested in your overall GPA.....prerequisite classes GPA.....and your PCAT scores (an "SAT" test for pharmacy school)
