I just used Spybot, and it worked great! They do not charge you to use it, but ask for donations instead.

I heard that superantispyware had a trojan attached to it. I do not know if that is true or not, but I didn't take the chance.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.After you install any of them,make sure you update them to get the full affect.
