All depends on what weight the goods are. Anything over 25kg, try Nightfrieght or Lynx. Less, try City Link or Parcel Force.

Amtrak are cr@p so leave them alone, UPS are expensive, but reliable.
To keep P &P down, go round the back of ANY large store, Homebase, Focus, Woolies etc, as they throw away LOTS of cardboard cartons and bubble wrap.

Good luck.........

I have been selling electronics on ebay for 3 months now. Right after i went to www.makemoneyfromelectronics.c... There they showed me where to get electronics for such a low price that I profited just a bit over
$ 10,000 my first month. There is also good products to buy in bulk there that you can sell. They also added me to their msn messenger and keep me updated on new leads and new info on how to improve my business. They are very helpful. Iam very happy and I recommend them.http://makemoneyfromelectronics.com/......

Hi – I sell on eBay. It works for me. I profit about $3,500 a month and only work about 6 hours a day, from home, on the schedule I choose.

Please email me directly and I will be glad to share some tips on getting started and what kinds of things have worked for me.

i always use viking direct to buy packaging as I find them the cheapest especially if you buy in bulk. I use royal mail for postage - their rates are on their website

www.royalmail.com for small items.
It would help if you said how big your items are - most of my packing involves reusing what is lying around the house.
