I have a HUGE fear of downing.
In the school pool my mates "Horse Play" by drowning each other for a while. I hate this sooo much and I cannot hold my breath very long, I start to panic. I am really afraid they will take this too far, as they do not care. I told they I hate it, but this just makes it more fun for them when I put up a struggle.
I am going to spain with them and in the beach I am afraid that without Adult supervision they will severly drown me. I have nightmares about it, they goin too far.
I am 15. What would you do in this situation? Talking to them will not work... HELP!

GOOD GRIEF! DON'T go to Spain with them and get out of that group!! I guess guys like to pick on the one who doesn't pick on them---BUT surely, there are other groups--guys that aren't that sadistic!!! You shouldn't have to live under fear like that!! Maybe church youth groups--not all guys, groups are sadistic!! Those "adult" sponsers who allow that kind of behavior are pretty suspect themselves!!! Better to miss out on Spain, and live to tell about it!!! Vote for your LIFE!

No omg dont be under water it just feels bad to think you doing that because im like the same but my friends arent that weird i just dont like deep water anyway actually i have no clue but be on land and do something fun there and make them a bit jealous or do something in the water thats fun that make them think about that instead i have no idea but the only thing i can think of is to get them on other thoughts !! or tell an adult if it doesnt work they have no reason to treat you like that if you dont want to!!

I too have somewhat of a fear of drowning but it is characterized as a phobia called thalassaphobia (which means its really a fear of water). Perhaps you have it as well. I would talk to someone to knows more about this- someone face to face. Maybe a school counselor who is familiar with this stuff. That way he can ask you more questions and give you a proper solution

Well, God will protect you but to overcome your fear, go to the following free online course:

http://floweressencesintro.onlinecourse.com/

and go through the simple lessons and select your flower essences, (Mimulus is indicated for you and may be a few more which I leave to you). Get your choices and Rescue Remedy which is a good first aid essence to carry with you on journeys.

best wishes.

stay out of the water and let them know that you are not going to allow this anymore and you will press charges
