I am planning to bye a laptop and finally decided on Lenovo or Sony Vio. Lenovo is giving a bit more than Sony vio for the same price. Which one should i go for. Can anyone suggest me a better alternative if any ?

It depends on what you're going to do with the laptop. My advice is to not hinder your search for a laptop just by looking at these two laptops. Broaden your horizon by looking at Dell, HP, Gateway, Acer, AlienWare, and vprMatrix.

Um, you've totally answered your own question there. If the Lenovo is a better spec for the same money then surely that means by definition it's better value? Which doesn't come as a surprise anyway, everything Sony makes is over-priced sh1t.

in case you opt for a fantastic solid workstation, u might want to bypass for a toshiba. they're hardy and stady. U can take it the position ever u opt for it. No problemat all. yet fujitsu's also are solid and they are synthetic in japan. yet with my own journey, i'd bypass for a toshiba.
