what is it that makes lost such a great tv show

I got addicted to lost in the first season, and now I need closure. The show does have weak points but they have the story line complete so I want to see what happens to them and I am still intrigued about the others. What makes it good is the writers leave a lot of stones unturned and small things coincidences throughout the show, so you get to make theories and you can discuss at work and school what your view point is. So it makes great conversation.

I think that is the mystery of the Island, and why they were brought onto it. It is also really good, when you learn about all the people's past lives, and relate it to what's going on in the story.
I got sooo addicted to this show in the First Season, and I can't stop watching it!

i believe it is the way the show is done and the challenges every one of them faces in every show....
and i also like to watch dog eat dog too that game show rocks...
