It's been almost 6 weeks since my miscarriage and I still haven't gotten my period...How long did it take for you to have your period after a miscarriage? I was diagnosed with a blight ovum at 6.5 weeks and no D and C was needed. I took a couple of pregnancy test and all were negative...

I've had 3 m/c and a stillborn
I was pregnant within 3 months of my 1st m/c and she's now a very healthy 8 year old.
The more you relax and take it easy the better.
Your period will be on it's way soon, I would say within the 8 weeks since your loss.
You are also at your most fertile right now,
So relax and enjoy making your baby.

it can take you body up to 3 mos after MC to get back to normal but that doesb;'t mena you can conciveve I did about 6 weeks after my MC and now have a healthy 6 mo old boy and I didn't get a period either good luck
