TEAM stands for Together Everybody Achieves More.So what is most important to have proper cohesion.Expertise of individual needs to be identified and should be exploited in team work.Appreciation of each individual by other members of team is important.

To make best team we need the best captain who is in position to solve problem on the spot itself. He need that much ability to solve any problem immediately to achive goal. 2ndly need good coach to teach. 3rd every play need the desire to win from their deep of heart.
