I dont think he's the best in college basketball he is the best shooter and in my top 5 for player of they year (depending of course on how far he can take Tennessee in the SEC tourney and in the NCAA's) but I'm not sure that he would go even in the second round of the draft just because hes kind of a chemistry player right now and not necessarily all the way developed. He's a junior and us Tennessee fans would love to have him back. You think he will stay?

Now to Candace Parker...shes great...in my top two for player of the year I'm just not sure where to put her exactly at the moment. Like last night against LSU she had 4 points and in that way being a sophmre shows through cause of an air of inexperience..even though not a big one.. What about her do you think she will stay??

chris lofton is not a very good nba prospect because of his size. in fact, he isnt even on the board as a draft pick in the 08 draft. i graduated from tennessee and this would not be the first time an sec player of the year never stepped foot into the nba (ron slay a few years back didnt even get drafted).

i think he will get drafted after people see that he is a great all around player. the people who are saying he is still only a shooter or a role player havent watched any tennessee games this year, because he controlled every aspect of the game when he is on. i mean he is all over the place making unbelievable passes, driving to the basket and scoring, getting to the free throw line, and playing GREAT defense. check him out sometime he has improved his game drastically every year. when he came in his freshman year he was simply a spot up shooter. now he can do it all including create shots off the dribble. look for him to be national player of the year next year. and to answer your question there is zero chance he will leave for the nba draft as he isnt even a prospect.

im not sure about parker. i dont see why any woman would leave early for the wnba as it isnt in very good shape right now, and there isnt much of a demand for it. you never know though. she is such a good player she might bolt to go make some money and move on.

Lofton is not going anywhere...... He is only 6'2 and will not be a top draft pick after his senior year so he for sure wont be this year. I love Tennessee and Cris Lofton, but he does improve every game with his passing, driving to the goal. and defensively. We all know he can shoot. His size could hurt his stock more than people think.
Candace Parker........If she goes she'll be a no brainer #1 pick. She has more game than Holdsclaw had at UT. Parker at this point in her career is the best women's college b-ball player ever. She is still so young and will only improve. Nobody can check her one on one now. To answer your question - I don't believe she will go b/c WNBA players (the best of em) only make 40-45k a year, her scholarship is worth almost that (25-30K a year). If there was big money maybe she would leave but otherwise I don't believe she is going. Another factor is if they win the National Championship.

i dont know much or hear much about chris lofton probably cause espn doesn't televise many of their games so it would be unfair of me to say.
but candace parker she's a different story.. ever since she started playing i been following her since high school and if she were to come out today and play in the wnba she would instantly be a top 3 or 5 player.

chris lofton sadly, NO

candance parker god she is stright up nasty, even though erlana larkins was beatin her up in the UNC TENN game this year she will def stay because honestly the WNBA is unpopular and the pay is nothing close to NBA so there is no real motivation for her to leave she will stay and win a championship next year
