I heard it from a classical musics channel, it saids "It (the classical musics) survived Napoleon's madness" after a song was complete. Why? Is it true Napoleon was trying to destroy classical musics? And why he do that?

Napoleon would not have destroyed anything that was classical in style. So classical music would not have been messed up in any way. As a matter of fact, in the painted arts, he attempted to force the return of the neo-classical style and supported a French Artist of the last name David. What messed up Napoleon's mind was the Sturm and Drang period of music and art and then the Romantic School. Theordore Gericault's Wreck of the Medusa was one work he could nto tolerate as was Victor Hugo's litetary work like Les Miserables.

No. Mere misinformation. Beethoven wrote his musical piece "Erotica" in dedication of Napoleon's socialistic beliefs, but later Beethoven considered the French emperor to be a tyrant.
